Aaron's Birth

Aaron was born on Saturday, August 4th at 9:42 a.m. at Cottonwood Hospital.

He was 20.5 inches long and 7 pounds, 3 ounces.... (Ammon was 21 inches and 8 pounds, 3 ounces when he was born).

Ammon had been a breech baby (head up) and so Kristy had to do a C section and Aaron was head down, so she could have done a Vaginal Birth After C-section (VBAC), and considered it, but Kristy researched episiotomies and after the cancer diagnosis, she figured it was the best way to just get cut in the same place again.

When Aaron was born, the first thing he did was pee on the nurses! And he cried until Charles held his little hand. His hair was darker and thicker than Ammon's was. Aaron eyes are a darker blue than Ammon's so we think they'll go brown eventually.

Our boys are so cute and so individualized. Ammon has accepted Aaron completely and I think they'll be best friends.
