Fraud

Wow! Have things turned around in just one day!

Charles and I decided to do as much investigative work as possible and we've made great strides. We can only credit the Lord in helping us. There's no way we could have done all this on our own.

1. We researched Jana in the state of WA court records online, and found Mr. X.
2. I contacted the childcare.org services in WA which provides a free list of daycare providers and the discounts they give. We found that if you are a resident of Seattle, you can get a credit for daycare from the City of Seattle. For a family of 3 (her and her 2 daughters), she only has to keep her salary below $50,000/year. And we were able to verify online with her employer that she does, indeed make below that. The City of Seattle will reimburse 40-90% of daycare expenses depending on the age of the child and how much time the child is in daycare, etc. She just has to go to one of the "preferred" facilities and she lives within a mile of 3 preferred facilities....
3. We researched Jana and she is VERY litigious. She is sue-happy. We definitely don't want to play her game.

So we are absolutely certain Jana is utilizing this program. In the past, she has never hesitated in giving us proof of daycare expenses... but now she refuses to. This has to be why! She's trying to screw us. She also wants us to reimburse her directly without her providing receipts. What a crock. This is why!

We're so thrilled!

We're meeting with a lawyer on Thursday to have him draft up a letter, accusing her of fraud.

So we're crossing our fingers that things will be AWESOME for us!

The Lord will definitely help those who keep His commandments! (I seriously can hear the Lord saying, "I told you so! Why have you been freaking out?")

Bye~!

P.S. My last chemo is Friday!!~!~~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~
